Requirements
============

The following components are required to run ``PYP``:

* `Passwordless SSH authentication <http://www.linuxproblem.org/art_9.html>`_ between the compute nodes and the head node.
* `Singularity <https://sylabs.io/singularity/>`_ must be installed on the head and compute nodes.
* `SLURM <https://slurm.schedmd.com/>`_ instance for job scheduling.
